Shipping & Returns Policy
At Amor Propio, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. Because of that, production, shipping, and returns work differently than they would for a traditional retail store.
Shipping Policy
Processing times
All items are made to order. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days after the order is placed, though production times can vary depending on the product, season, order volume, and print provider.
Shipping times
After an order is shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout, the destination, and the carrier handling the package. Printify’s general U.S. delivery estimates are:
- Economy: 4–8 business days
- Standard: 2–5 business days
- Priority: 2–3 business days, when available
- Express: 2–3 business days including production, on eligible products only
International shipping times vary by location and may take longer.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the shipping label is created. In some cases, tracking can take up to 5 business days for domestic shipments and up to 7 business days for international shipments to update.
Shipping address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Printify does not provide address validation, so incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays, failed delivery, or returned packages.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at contact@amorpropio.art. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production. Printify notes that changes or cancellations at that stage may not be possible.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package appears lost, first check the tracking link and contact the shipping carrier or local post office, since packages are sometimes held for pickup. Printify allows lost-package claims if a U.S. domestic order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days, or an international order within 45 calendar days, and the issue is reported within 1 week after that period ends.
We’ll do our best to help, but carrier delays are outside our direct control.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Because items are made to order
All Amor Propio products are made only after your order is placed. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, wrong color ordered, or change-of-mind purchases. Printify’s standard policy does not support returns or exchanges in those situations.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at contact@amorpropio.art within 30 days of delivery and include:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos of the product and problem
Printify states that damaged products or manufacturing errors may qualify for a free reprint or refund when reported within 30 days, and the damaged item usually does not need to be returned.
Print placement and minor variations
Because products are made individually, slight variations can happen. Printify notes that for DTG products, print placement can vary by up to 0.5 inch, and that minor variation is not considered a defect.
Incorrect address / failed delivery
If an order is returned or fails delivery because the shipping address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, free replacement or refund is not guaranteed. Printify says free reprints are not offered when the wrong address was provided, though some address-related failed deliveries may qualify only for a partial refund depending on the case.
Wrong size ordered
Please review the size chart carefully before ordering. Orders placed in the wrong size do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund under Printify’s standard made-to-order policy.
