How do I know if my order went through?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
I entered the wrong address. What do I do?
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@amorpropio.art. If your order has not been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once it has been sent out, we may not be able to change the address.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make a change, email us at contact@amorpropio.art as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes once an order has entered production or shipment.
How long does shipping take?
Because our products are fulfilled through Printify partners, most orders are produced and shipped out within 2–7 business days after the order is placed. Delivery time after shipment depends on the shipping method, product, print provider, and destination.
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
Some products may be made to order or part of limited drops, which can increase processing time. Shipping carriers can also occasionally experience delays.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
Contact us at contact@amorpropio.art within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and make it right.
How do your products fit?
Fit can vary by item. Please check the sizing information on each product page before ordering.
What if I want an oversized fit?
For a looser or oversized fit, we generally recommend sizing up.
Are your products made to order?
Some items may be made to order. This helps us reduce waste and keep releases tighter and more intentional.
